thanks to aaron for the last minute cramming ystd. i think it really helped ALOT. HAHA/ hopefully i pass huh(:

ystd had training, went even though i had exams, such a good girl right? HAHA, but went off early,

and it was such a pity, cause i thought ystd's training was not bad.

like-

during the run, i didnt lag bahind, and i actually managed to lift the weight up during the military bence press thingy, or whatever you call it! HAHA.

okay, so it may not sound very good, cause like everybody else could do it long time ago, but hey, it's the first time for me! HAHA.

so i'm still happy cause i'm improvinggggggggg.
